Infant Care (1 month to 11 months)

Our infant program focuses on highly intensive care, particularly developing all motor skills and social-emotional development. This is conveyed through a 1-4 teacher to children ratio. In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need, as well as opportunities to begin learning about the world around them.

key skills and developmental milestones that children learn in an infant classroom:

● Form and maintain secure attachments: Establish a bond with caregivers, fostering a sense of security and safety.
● Use sensory exploration: Engage their senses (touch, sight, hearing, smell, taste) to explore and learn about the world around them.
● Communicate with caregivers: Use sounds, gestures, and movements to express wants, needs, and emotions.
● Develop physical motor skills: Learn physical milestones such as crawling, rolling, and pulling rolling, and pulling themselves up, which promote independent exploration.
● Enhance fine motor skills: Practice small muscle coordination (e.g., holding a crayon or toy) to build motor control, laying the foundation for later skills in preschool.

These skills are foundational for infants as they grow and develop, setting the stage for social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
